Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will support the organization by shaping a healthy workplace culture, strengthening HR processes, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership to ensure people strategies support business goals.
- Drive recruitment and hiring efforts to bring in strong talent.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace concerns.
- Design, refine, and roll out HR practices that reflect the company culture.
- Monitor adherence to labour laws and other employment-related regulations.
- Manage payroll and benefits operations with accuracy and on schedule.
- Plan and deliver learning and development initiatives to improve performance and capability.
Mandatory Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Good knowledge of HR concepts, workplace practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- High levels of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Comfort using HR software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Experience
- Prior work as an HRBP or in a comparable HR position, preferably in a fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to payroll systems and benefits administration.
- Experience with talent management and employee development approaches.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- A proactive mindset toward improving engagement and workplace culture.
Location
This role is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and can be performed remotely.
Compensation
The annual salary for this full-time position is ₹1,000,000.
