Role Overview
The HR Business Partner position provides strategic HR guidance to drive organizational effectiveness and operational outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, the incumbent will execute initiatives that foster a performance-driven culture, deliver HR services that support a consumer-focused environment, and prioritize organizational strategic goals and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer strategic HR leadership aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Partner with senior executives to roll out national initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
- Ensure high-quality HR service delivery in assigned regions or business units.
- Support market or local ministry strategic priorities in workforce planning and HR execution.
- Utilize business analytics to shape workforce strategies enhancing the employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED with two years' experience, or an Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience; 7 years preferred, including over 5 years in strategic HR leadership.
- Healthcare HR experience is advantageous.
