Responsibilities
- Execute payroll processing accurately and punctually, utilizing the client's HRIS/payroll system.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring prompt responses to employee payroll queries.
- Update and maintain precise employee records within the client's HRIS/payroll system, including new hire information, changes in employment status, and terminations.
- Address standard employee inquiries concerning company policies, benefit eligibility, and HR procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, collaborating with Blitz and client teams to find effective solutions for HR and payroll challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a closely related field.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing setting characterized by rapid pace and evolving priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly when managing sensitive numerical data.
- Demonstrated discretion and a high degree of integrity in handling confidential employee information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with HR and Payroll software such as UKG Pro, Dayforce, or ADP.
- Familiarity with various reporting utilities and tools.
