Role Summary
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for keeping guest rooms in excellent condition and helping create a comfortable, memorable stay. This position sits at the center of the guest experience and requires a strong focus on cleanliness, presentation, and courteous service.
Key Duties
- Prepare and clean guest rooms, suites, and public areas in line with Rixos Bab Al Bahr standards
- Ensure rooms are presented perfectly, including making beds, refilling amenities, and completing a final quality check
- Provide polite, discreet, and personalized service while safeguarding guest privacy
- Quickly escalate maintenance concerns, damage reports, and lost-and-found items
- Adhere to housekeeping procedures as well as health, safety, and hygiene requirements
- Use cleaning tools, chemicals, and linen supplies correctly and responsibly
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering colleagues
Candidate Profile
- Experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
- Excellent eye for detail and a strong focus on cleanliness
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the role
- Well-groomed, professional, and positive in demeanor
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality service expectations is an advantage
