Role overview

Iceland Foods is looking for a Home Delivery Driver to join its Sleaford team. This is an active, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working independently, staying on the move, and delivering a high standard of service. You will represent the business directly at customers’ homes while ensuring shopping reaches them in good condition and on time.

Pay

The role pays £13.71 per hour.

Main duties

• Load the van safely and follow correct manual handling practices, including handling heavier items
• Drive carefully and in line with all safe driving standards
• Carry out vehicle checks before and during use
• Make sure groceries arrive in excellent condition
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at every drop
• Support the store team with tasks when needed
• Work on your own and organise your time efficiently
• Be flexible to work varied shifts between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm
