Role overview
We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver who enjoys staying active, working independently and interacting with customers. In this position, you will deliver groceries to homes and represent Iceland as the customer-facing point of contact.

Compensation
The pay for this role is £13.71 per hour.
Core duties
- Load the van safely, including handling heavier items and following manual handling guidance.
- Drive in line with all safe driving standards and road-safety practices.
- Carry out routine van inspections before and during use.
- Make sure customer groceries are delivered in excellent condition.
- Deliver a high standard of service while dealing directly with customers.
- Support store operations when help is needed.
- Work on your own and organise your time effectively.
- Be available for shifts that may fall anywhere between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Applicant profile
- You must hold a full driving licence that has been valid for at least 3 years and must not have more than 6 points.
- You should be upbeat, approachable and committed to creating a positive customer experience.
- You need to be reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
- A strong understanding of road safety is essential.
