About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to guarantee the prompt and safe delivery of products to customers, adhering strictly to all governmental regulations and safety guidelines. This role involves direct customer interaction and requires careful handling of goods and payments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of ordered items to customers and collect payments according to the provided invoice details.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to verify order accuracy, ensuring the correct items and quantities are prepared and dispatched.
• Assist in the preparation of orders by transferring items from storage to vehicles, maintaining accuracy to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Properly secure and arrange items within the delivery vehicle according to operational instructions to prevent any damage during transit.
• Manage and return any undelivered items, including returns, damaged goods, or customer rejections, back to the pharmacy.
• Securely park the vehicle at the designated spot near the pharmacy after completing all deliveries.
• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and perform regular checks on essential components like water, oil, and mechanical systems to ensure operational readiness and tidiness.
• Operate the vehicle in full compliance with all governmental traffic regulations to avoid any penalties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, as the scope of employee responsibilities is not limited to the above accountabilities.

Work Environment

• Indoors: 10%
• Outdoors: 90%
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Days Off: 1 day per week
• Working Hours: 9 AM to 4 AM (comprising two 9-hour shifts)

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Possession of a valid and relevant driving license
• Basic proficiency in Arabic
