Role overview

The company is hiring a demand generation leader to take ownership of the entire pipeline engine, covering strategy, execution, and team leadership. This person will manage two existing team members and be responsible for converting marketing spend into revenue outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Own pipeline and MQL targets from setting the goals through to delivering the results.
  • Build and run full-funnel demand generation initiatives across paid acquisition, email, lifecycle, and campaign programs.
  • Decide how budget is allocated and monitor performance through regular reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a two-person demand generation team.
  • Improve and maintain marketing automation and attribution systems.
  • Work closely with sales to align on lead quality, handoff process, and follow-up execution.

What they're looking for

  • 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • At least 2 years in a people management role, with the ability to coach and develop team members rather than simply assign tasks.
  • Confidence taking ownership of paid channels and operational systems, not only planning at a high level.
  • Strong analytical ability, including building dashboards, interpreting attribution data, and making budget recommendations.
  • Exposure to product-led growth or a hybrid PLG and sales-led motion is a strong advantage.
  • Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar platform, with the judgment to know when automation helps and when simplicity is better.
  • A high level of ownership and resilience, with a founder-like approach to driving work forward and completing initiatives independently.
  • Excellent written communication skills for guiding content teams, presenting to leadership, and producing clear copy.
