About the Role
Wing Assistant develops AI-powered workforce solutions for expanding businesses, helping them access dependable support across executive assistance, admin, customer support, sales support, recruiting, operations, and related functions.
The company is looking for a Go-to-Market Associate to create qualified opportunities by spotting businesses with active hiring needs, reaching out with a compelling alternative to conventional hiring, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.
This position is designed for an early-career professional who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment and wants to build outbound sales skills while growing into broader roles in sales, growth, revenue, or go-to-market strategy.
It is a strong fit for someone who is goal-oriented, highly organized, competitive, and curious about how AI, remote talent, and global workforce models are changing how companies build teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot companies that are actively recruiting for roles Wing can support, including executive assistants, admin assistants, customer support, sales support, recruiting support, operations support, and other business support positions.
- Use job boards, hiring indicators, company growth signals, and account research to identify promising prospects.
- Investigate target accounts to understand their hiring needs, the business problem behind the opening, and where Wing may add value.
- Contact potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Run focused outreach campaigns built around active hiring demand, operational challenges, and alternative workforce solutions.
- Lead early discovery conversations to uncover hiring needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote talent or AI-enabled workforce support.
- Explain Wing Assistant’s offering clearly enough to secure the next meeting.
- Schedule qualified appointments with companies that show a clear need, relevant use case, or strong match for Wing.
- Track companies posting roles that Wing can serve and interpret what they are trying to achieve through those hires.
- Position Wing as a quicker, more flexible, and more scalable option than traditional hiring.
- Help prospects understand remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, and AI-enabled workforce support if they are unfamiliar with these models.
- Create interest with founders, executives, operators, HR leaders, recruiting teams, and department heads.
- Partner closely with the sales team to maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline.
- Transfer opportunities smoothly with enough context for the next stage of the conversation.
- Capture and share discovery details such as the open role, hiring process, pain points, timing, budget indicators, and decision-makers.
- Keep CRM activity, notes, and pipeline information accurate and up to date.
- Share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Use prospect feedback to improve messaging and outreach.
- Identify recurring patterns in demand, objections, industries, and role types where Wing is gaining traction.
- Recommend new outbound angles based on hiring trends, job posts, and prospect conversations.
Requirements
- 1 to 4+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, outbound marketing, growth, or a similar role.
- Genuine interest in go-to-market strategy, pipeline creation, and B2B growth.
- Proven ability in prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Comfort engaging companies that may not have considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enabled workforce solutions.
- Strong research capability and the ability to turn hiring signals into tailored outbound messaging.
- Well-developed organization and the resilience to stay effective when results are not immediate.
- Motivation driven by clear goals, activity targets, and booked meeting goals.
- Ability to manage your own pipeline while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong eagerness to learn the product, the market, and go-to-market execution quickly.
- Exposure to staffing, recruiting, BPO, outsourcing, virtual assistant, digital agent, or high-ticket professional services businesses is a plus.
- Comfort using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Close, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Familiarity with auto dialers, power dialers, cold calling processes, and high-volume outbound systems is a plus.
- Experience selling or prospecting to founders, executives, operations leaders, HR leaders, recruiting teams, customer support leaders, sales leaders, or department heads is a plus.
- Awareness of business support workflows such as executive assistance, admin support, sales support, customer support, recruiting coordination, inbox and calendar management, and back-office operations is a plus.

The hiring process may involve AI tools to assist with application review, resume analysis, response evaluation, and the identification of possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team, but final decisions are made by humans. For details on how data is processed, candidates can contact the company.
