Job description
Role overview
Wing is looking for a top-tier Experiential Marketing Manager to support M32 AI, a Silicon Valley VC-backed team focused on building agentic AI for traditional service businesses. The environment combines startup-style speed and flexibility with the backing of a larger organization, while keeping bureaucracy to a minimum.
This role is centered on owning the company’s visibility at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across North America. You will identify the right events, manage them from planning through execution, and ensure each one creates meaningful pipeline.
The position is best suited to someone with 1–4 years of experience who enjoys logistics, works well in fast-moving settings, and takes pride in executing memorable events. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to convert booth traffic and badge scans into meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
Why this opportunity stands out
This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will shape how customers, prospects, and the broader market experience the brand. If you want real ownership, rapid growth, and the chance to build a strong event portfolio, this role offers that opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and rank relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events that match the ideal customer profile and revenue goals, while maintaining a 12-month rolling event plan.
- Handle vendor, organizer, and venue relationships, including sponsorships, booth space, speaking opportunities, and additional event add-ons, while negotiating strong terms and maximizing budget value.
- Own full event execution, from booth design and shipping to swag, collateral, lead capture tools, badge scanners, AV, catering, hotel blocks, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact at every event, including booth setup, tear-down, troubleshooting, and maintaining a polished brand presence throughout.
- Prepare attending team members with clear guidance on goals, key messages, target accounts, schedules, and event logistics.
- Work with sales to secure pre-show meetings, host dinners and customer events during the show, and ensure leads are captured, qualified, and followed up promptly.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns with the broader marketing team, including email, landing pages, paid promotion, and social content to increase booth traffic and meeting bookings.
- Manage the event budget across the full calendar, monitor spending, forecast accurately, identify risks early, and make trade-off decisions when priorities shift.
- Set event KPIs and produce clear post-event reports covering leads, meetings, pipeline, ROI, and improvement opportunities for future events.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, preferably in B2B or technology.
- A proven history of planning and delivering events from start to finish, even if some were smaller in scale.
- Experience managing event budgets, including forecasting, tracking spend, and making smart trade-offs to improve return on investment.
- Ability to define KPIs and create reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong interest in AI, along with practical experience using it to improve event marketing work such as research, vendor outreach, reporting, drafting content, or lead enrichment; this is a required qualification.
- Working familiarity with HubSpot on the CRM side.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and multiple moving parts without losing track of details.
- Comfort negotiating with vendors and event organizers to secure favorable terms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to brief executives, coordinate a team, and engage prospects in person.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly during live events.
- Willingness to travel 30% to 50% during peak event periods across North America, with possible travel to Europe as the role expands.
Location and work authorization
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the US or Canada. Because travel is a core part of the job, candidates should live within roughly one hour of a major airport with frequent direct flights so they can reach events efficiently.
Suitable US hubs include Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Charlotte (CLT), Chicago (ORD/MDW), Dallas (DFW), Denver (DEN), Detroit (DTW), Houston (IAH), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), Minneapolis (MSP), New York (JFK/EWR/LGA), Philadelphia (PHL), Phoenix (PHX), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), and Washington DC (IAD/DCA).
Qualifying Canadian hubs include Toronto (YYZ), Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC), and Montreal (YUL).
Candidates near other major airport hubs with strong direct connections to cities that commonly host industry events, such as Las Vegas, Orlando, San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, and Austin, are also welcome to apply.
Applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with event platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
- Experience coordinating international events or working with international vendors.
- Background in B2B SaaS or another fast-paced technology environment.
Additional information
Because of the seniority level of this role, candidates do not need to complete any initial assessment sent by email; those can be ignored if received.
The company may use AI tools during hiring to help review applications, analyze resumes, assess responses, and identify possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruiting team, but final decisions are still made by people. For questions about data processing, candidates may contact the company directly.
