Working Conditions
The initial two-year tenure involves working primarily at customer and supply cluster locations, dedicating about 80% of the time onsite to understand and drive growth firsthand. Post this period, the role transitions to overseeing multiple clients with travel centered around Bangalore.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Hold an MBA from a Tier 2 institute.
- Have startup experience and a strong inclination to engage directly with the market.
