Job description
Role Overview
The Field Audit Executive will be responsible for visiting assigned Flipkart stores and checking whether store processes and service activities are being carried out as expected. The role focuses on on-ground verification, documentation, issue follow-up, and sharing clear findings with the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out both planned and surprise visits to the allotted Flipkart outlets.
- Review store operations that fall within the assigned scope of work and service coverage.
- Confirm that tasks are being performed in line with the defined requirements and SOPs.
- Record audit evidence using photos and written audit reports.
- Submit daily and weekly review summaries to management along with practical corrective suggestions.
- Work with store personnel and internal teams to close open issues.
- Monitor action points and follow up until non-compliance items are resolved on time.
- Keep accurate logs of visits, audit records, and performance dashboards.
Compensation
The stipend/salary offered is INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
Work Location
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The role involves field visits to stores.
