About the Role
This role sits within the A11 ecosystem and supports a partner technology company that is rethinking how special fasteners are sourced for Germany’s mid-sized businesses. The company uses an AI-native platform to combine deep industry expertise with modern software, helping to replace manual and error-prone purchasing workflows with a faster, more scalable approach.
As a Growth Associate, you will be one of the first external voices for the business. Your work will go beyond standard outbound activity: you will identify the right decision-makers in technical procurement, reach out to them, and help build the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Commercial Lead and Growth Marketing in a fast-moving setup with short communication lines, direct feedback, and rapid testing.
The role is based in Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine email and calling sequences using data and clear hypotheses.
- Run cold and warm calls, structure first conversations effectively, and handle objections in a professional way.
- Find and qualify buyers and decision-makers in technical procurement based on ICP criteria such as need, timing, volume, and specifications.
- Pass qualified opportunities to specialists in a clean handover process and keep the pipeline accurately maintained in HubSpot.
- Use intent signals, inbound requests, and supplier data to prioritize outreach.
- Feed insights from calls and email performance back to the team and actively contribute to go-to-market topics.
Requirements
- Initial experience in B2B outbound work, such as SDR/BDR, inside sales, or telesales.
- A way of thinking that focuses on sequences, hooks, and testable hypotheses rather than isolated calls.
- Comfort and confidence with phone-based outreach.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and good people skills.
- A structured, data-driven working style with careful documentation.
- A hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Native-level or near-native German.
- Nice to have: experience with HubSpot or modern sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, or Ocean.
- Nice to have: exposure to technical procurement, industrial environments, or B2B commerce.
