Role overview

This position sits within the Artwork Production team in the AW DTP Platform at the Hyderabad office in India. The Graphic Specialist works closely with Design Leaders and Brand partners to turn design direction into production-ready digital templates and graphic adaptations that preserve the intended visual concept across product forms and shelf variants.

The role calls for a solid grasp of design fundamentals, brand identity systems, design standards, regulatory style rules, and the structure of graphic files. It also supports the delivery of visually consistent, high-quality packaging that maintains design intent across technical drawings, scaled elements, and multiple print applications.

What the company offers

You will be part of an environment that emphasizes ownership, learning, and meaningful contribution. The role offers continuous mentoring, formal training, day-to-day guidance from managers, and a work culture that values agility, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate artwork execution, manage critical path timelines, and flag issues early to the relevant stakeholders so decisions can be made quickly and delivery stays on time and on quality.
  • Produce design-intent graphics adaptations and digital templates with a high level of accuracy.
  • Handle project tracking in WebCenter, including providing basic support to cross-functional team members using the tool.
  • Meet artwork performance targets such as design-intent compliance, on-time production, in-market complaint quality, and incident rate.
  • Oversee and maintain the asset library.
  • Lead the approval workflow for graphic adaptations and digital templates across functions.
  • Carry out quality control reviews.
  • Create or adapt minor graphic assets internally in partnership with Brand and Design teams.
  • Ensure all applicable regulatory style requirements are followed.
  • Apply design-intent change management and work through quality concerns.
  • Contribute ideas, reuse learnings, and suggest improvements that increase quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Look for opportunities to reduce cost or avoid unnecessary spend, and track delivery metrics on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Strengthen personal capability and subject-matter mastery.
  • Support company and process transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • A degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic production or print production.
  • Munsell Test performance of at least “Average Discrimination,” with “Superior Discrimination” preferred.
  • Strong command of graphic design software and production tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Good understanding of brand architecture, visual identity systems, equity assets, and design principles for consistent execution.
  • Ability to evaluate design ideas quickly and accurately.
  • Capability to apply design intent across variants, product formats, materials, and print processes through the artwork approval workflow.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal ability with the confidence to influence and guide others.
  • Attention to compliance and quality assurance in technical work.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed, collaborative team environment.
  • Business awareness and consumer sensitivity.
  • Ability to use innovation and technology to improve processes, along with effective presentation and general computer skills.

Perks and benefits

  • Continuous mentorship from peers and managers.
