Role overview
This position is based at the Mumbai General Office. It sits within a category end-to-end function, supporting the full journey of a product category from early concept and strategy through innovation, supply chain alignment, and market delivery.
As a brand-focused role, you will help shape and deliver plans for one or more brands, channels, lines, or categories with clear objectives at site, country, or cluster level. The work calls for spotting opportunities and driving new ideas, methods, processes, services, or products.

Job requirements
- MBA from a Tier 1 business school.
- Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or a closely related function is preferred.

- Comfort using social media platforms to support brand growth.
- Ability to convert brand direction into practical campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical, data-led approach with the ability to review campaign results and draw insights.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
