Graphic Designer

Role overview

Brint Marketing Solutions is seeking a creative Graphic Designer for its Bhopal office. This is a full-time, on-site position, and preference will be given to candidates already living in Bhopal. The role is focused on producing visually strong educational and marketing materials for digital channels.

What you will do

• Create social media graphics for Instagram, including posts, carousel designs, stories, and reel covers.
• Produce YouTube thumbnails, channel banners, and other promotional artwork.
• Build educational infographics and visuals related to courses and learning content.
• Work closely with the performance marketing, content, and academic teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver work within short timelines.

Skills and qualifications

• A strong grasp of color combinations, typography, font usage, and layout principles.
• Hands-on ability with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with Canva being mandatory.
• Comfort working on multiple tasks at once and turning around designs quickly.
• Ability to create visuals tailored for digital-first platforms with careful attention to detail.
• A certificate or diploma in graphic design, or a degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or multimedia.

Preferred background

Applicants with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design are preferred, especially those who have worked in EdTech, coaching institutes, or digital marketing agencies. Experience creating educational content or promotions for online courses, along with an understanding of performance-oriented design, will be an added advantage.

This position is for onsite work in Bhopal. Candidates residing in Bhopal are preferred.
