Role Overview
An opportunity is open for an Admission Counsellor based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on admissions through inside sales and tele-calling, with no field visits involved.
Compensation
The package includes a fixed salary along with performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students from the supplied lead list.
- Present course information in a clear and convincing manner, including batch timings, fee details, and the preparation method.
- Resolve student questions and manage objections effectively.
- Follow up consistently until admissions are converted.
- Work toward monthly enrollment goals of ₹1.5 lakh to ₹2 lakh.
- Keep call and lead records updated and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure the admission process runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication in both Hindi and English.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven, target-based setup.
- A personal laptop is required.
- Must be able to work from the Bhopal office.
