Job description
Company Overview
We are seeking a highly inventive, execution-oriented female Graphic Designer who can craft marketing assets that perform well across ads, email, blogs, and digital campaigns. This position suits someone who is fluent in modern internet aesthetics, understands the psychology behind performance marketing, values clean composition, and can move quickly from concept to delivery. You will partner with the marketing, content, and growth teams to produce visuals that are not only attractive, but also built to increase clicks, engagement, and conversions.
Performance Marketing Creative Design
- Create high-performing visual assets for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display Ads, YouTube thumbnails, X/Twitter creatives, and affiliate or influencer campaigns.
- Develop static, carousel, and motion-led ad creatives with a strong focus on campaign performance.
- Apply direct-response design thinking, including compelling hooks, visual hierarchy, clear CTA placement, and conversion-oriented layouts.
- Refine and improve concepts continuously using marketing feedback and campaign performance insights.
Email Design & CRM Creative
- Build attractive email campaigns for promotions, launches, newsletters, and automated journeys.
- Design modern, easy-to-scan email layouts that support readability and improve click-through rates.
- Coordinate with copywriters and CRM teams to translate campaign ideas into polished visuals.
- Make sure email designs work smoothly on mobile and remain consistent across platforms.
Blog & Content Design
- Create blog banners, article artwork, thumbnails, infographics, and embedded visual elements.
- Translate complex topics into clear, engaging visuals that are easier to understand.
- Design layouts and graphics that strengthen content readability and audience retention.
- Support SEO and content marketing efforts through well-optimized visual assets.
Brand & Visual Storytelling
- Keep the brand visually consistent across all digital channels while contributing fresh creative direction.
- Introduce new ideas, current trends, and contemporary design approaches into the brand identity.
- Develop refined, premium, internet-native creative styles suited to modern performance-focused brands.
Motion Graphics & Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos, reels, UGC-style pieces, and motion-based creatives for ads and social platforms.
- Add transitions, motion effects, subtitles, animations, and sound design when required.
- Adapt deliverables for different platforms and aspect ratios.
Fast-Paced Creative Execution
- Produce polished creatives quickly within tight deadlines and fast campaign cycles.
- Respond swiftly to feedback, creative changes, and urgent requests.
- Handle several campaigns and design priorities at the same time.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with marketing, growth, CRM, content, and social media teams.
- Partner with media buyers and strategists to help improve creative outcomes.
- Keep design systems, asset libraries, and version control organized.
Trend & Industry Awareness
- Stay current with performance marketing creative trends, social media design trends, viral ad formats, modern SaaS/startup aesthetics, and AI design tools and workflows.
- Study competitor creatives and regularly propose new concepts and improvements.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Prior experience creating designs for paid ads, email marketing, landing pages, and blogs or content marketing.
- Solid understanding of conversion-focused design and marketing psychology.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or performance-led environment.
- Experience with fintech, trading, SaaS, or creator economy brands.
- Familiarity with UGC-style ads and internet culture.
- Exposure to AI creative tools and related workflows.
- Basic understanding of CRO and landing page design principles.
