What you will do
- Create design work across a broad mix of channels, including print, digital, social media, EDMs, video, web and related formats.
- Develop engaging campaign assets such as animated banners, rich media and interactive content.
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all channels and marketing materials.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing, Product and development teams to deliver strong creative outcomes.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape the creative direction, not just produce final artwork.
What you will bring
- Practical graphic design experience backed by a portfolio that shows work across multiple project types.
- Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Figma.
- Capability to edit video using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Experience collaborating with developers on websites, apps and AI-supported workflows.
- Strong knowledge of print production, core design principles, typography and colour theory.
- A proactive, fast-moving and solutions-oriented approach.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset across teams.
- Strong time management and the ability to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining quality.
Benefits and perks
- Ongoing opportunities to grow your skills.
- Career progression across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industry.
- Employee discounts on travel and other rewards through the company’s benefits program.
- Access to wellbeing support and financial advisory services.
- Work from a beachfront office in Broadbeach.
- Regular social events for networking, celebrating achievements and having fun.
- Volunteer leave to support the local community.
