Role overview
Vero HR is hiring a creative Graphic Designer to join its growing head office team in London. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated designer who thrives in a busy environment and can deliver polished creative across digital, social media and print channels. The position sits within a small, collaborative group and will support communications, campaign activity and wider digital work through visually engaging content that helps key messages land clearly with diverse audiences.
The role also gives you the chance to contribute to high-visibility campaigns, build experience across a variety of platforms, and play an important part in shaping the organisation's creative output.
What you'll do
- Develop visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital advertising.
- Design campaign collateral such as leaflets, brochures, direct mail pieces and policy documents.
- Produce graphics for events, conferences, exhibitions and related activities.
- Create artwork for merchandise and branded materials.
- Resize and adapt existing creative for different formats and channels.
- Keep all design output consistent with brand standards and visual identity.
- Partner with communications, campaigns and operations colleagues to deliver work on schedule.
- Set up artwork for print and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
What the employer is looking for
- Hands-on professional experience in graphic design, backed by a solid portfolio.
- Comfort working on digital, social media and print-based projects.
- Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Good knowledge of typography, layout, branding and visual communication.
- Capability to juggle several projects at once and stay effective under pressure.
- Careful attention to detail and a consistent standard of quality.
- Experience in communications, marketing, campaigning or a similar environment is helpful, though not mandatory.
