Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic Graphic and Motion Designer who thrives on producing captivating visual content across multiple mediums including print, digital, and motion. Reporting to the Creative Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate within a creative team responsible for maintaining brand integrity and delivering high-quality, engaging materials that elevate the Journey Beyond brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for various purposes such as internal communications, events, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create visual assets suitable for digital platforms, websites, and print media.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow designers to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Develop simple motion graphics and edit videos to support promotional efforts and internal projects.
• Work closely with video editors to complement motion design work.

Required Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in a creative design role within an agency or in-house environment managing multiple brands under tight deadlines.
• Strong graphic design capabilities supported by a comprehensive command of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphic creation.
• Ability to make decisive creative decisions and efficiently handle feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail paired with a sharp sense of visual storytelling.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.
• The ability to work accurately without sacrificing speed.
