Overview
The Commodities Institutional Sales team within Global Markets is seeking a proactive professional to engage closely with a diverse set of institutional clients across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves enhancing client partnerships through collaboration with Trading, Strategists, and various internal sales units. A key focus is delivering outstanding client relationship management, demonstrating robust expertise in commodity markets and derivatives, and maintaining a highly structured approach to expanding the firm’s business.
Role Responsibilities
- Executing flow trades and managing the full trade lifecycle, including coordination with internal departments such as trading, operations, legal, credit, and structuring, to ensure seamless transactions and excellent client service.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of diverse product offerings including futures, options, commodity index and systematic strategies, and market access instruments to engage confidently with clients.
- Providing clients with relevant market insights and commodity fundamentals analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Organizing and delivering tailored client communications, follow-up reports, and analyses in partnership with trading, research, and structuring teams.
Candidate Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record is required.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with an eagerness to manage both immediate flow trades and longer-term projects.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for client interactions.
