About the Role
This position is within the Time Support team, focused on assisting founders in Reapra's portfolio with their time management. The role involves supporting marketing material creation, data collection and analysis from founder interactions, customer communication, and potentially Japanese-English translation. The team operates primarily within GMT+8/+9 time zones, requiring communication during these hours. The role is offered as part-time and can be performed remotely. The team is predominantly English-speaking, but Japanese language proficiency is a valuable asset due to some founders being primarily Japanese speakers.
Activities
- Assist in developing marketing collateral and website content.
- Support data gathering initiatives with portfolio founders.
- Analyze and synthesize data obtained from founder communications.
- Engage with prospective customers through in-person and/or online channels.
- Facilitate translation between English and Japanese (a plus).
