About the Role

This position is within the Time Support team at Reapra, focused on assisting founders in our portfolio by optimizing their time management as a resource. The role involves collaborating with a team primarily operating within GMT+8/+9 time zones, requiring communication during those hours. The position can be either full-time or part-time, and can be conducted remotely. The team operates in English, with a beneficial Japanese communication skill due to some founders being predominantly Japanese speakers.

Activities

• Assisting in the development of marketing collateral and website content.
• Supporting data collection initiatives to analyze how founders allocate their time in relation to research and practical endeavors.
• Synthesizing and analyzing data gathered from interactions with founders.
• Engaging with prospective clients through in-person and/or online channels.
• Providing translation services between English and Japanese (a desirable but not essential skill).
