Role Overview
Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is looking for a full-time infant nanny to provide dependable, high-quality childcare in a family-centered setting. The agency focuses on making childcare simple and stress-free for parents while supporting caregivers with a positive, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do
- Offer warm, attentive care to infants, keeping them safe and well cared for throughout the day.
- Follow a steady routine covering feeding, diaper changes, naps, and other daily care needs.
- Plan and carry out age-appropriate play and activities that encourage early cognitive and motor development.
- Keep parents informed with clear updates about the child’s day, progress, and any concerns.
- Keep infant spaces clean, tidy, and hygienic, including sanitizing baby items and maintaining order.
- Adjust smoothly to each family’s schedule, preferences, and care style.
- Work closely with parents to follow specific instructions and routines for the child.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
- Prior childcare experience of 2 to 3 years, specifically with infants and toddlers, is expected.
- Candidates should have a reliable vehicle, a clean background, and a positive attitude.
- CPR certification is preferred, or the willingness to complete it.
Compensation and Support
The role pays $20 to $27 per hour. In addition to flexible scheduling, the agency offers extra babysitting opportunities and ongoing support to help caregivers succeed.
