If so, this opportunity is perfect for you. At Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf, we seek a dependable and proactive Night Auditor (m/w/d) available for full-time or part-time employment. Your sense of responsibility and service orientation will support our night shift team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for guests overnight.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Perform daily closing routines and all essential night audit processes.
- Oversee and reconcile financial transactions and accounts.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
- Ensure smooth front office operations during night shifts.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Technical Services, and Food & Beverage.
- Maintain hotel safety and order throughout the night.
- Attend to guest requests and undertake professional complaint resolution.
- Prepare reports and statistics for hotel management.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably completed training in hospitality or comparable experience.
- Previous experience in front office roles or related positions is advantageous.
- Independent, responsible, and well-organized work approach.
- Good numerical skills and organizational strength.
- Friendly and confident demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with common hotel software is beneficial.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to manage workload demands.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
