Night Auditor (m/w/d) – Full-time/Part-time

Your sense of responsibility and service orientation will support our night shift team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests overnight.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Perform daily closing routines and all essential night audit processes.
• Oversee and reconcile financial transactions and accounts.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
• Ensure smooth front office operations during night shifts.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Technical Services, and Food & Beverage.
• Maintain hotel safety and order throughout the night.
• Attend to guest requests and undertake professional complaint resolution.
• Prepare reports and statistics for hotel management.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably completed training in hospitality or comparable experience.
• Previous experience in front office roles or related positions is advantageous.
• Independent, responsible, and well-organized work approach.
• Good numerical skills and organizational strength.
• Friendly and confident demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with common hotel software is beneficial.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to manage workload demands.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
