Job purpose
The company is seeking a capable Senior Manager to join the Finance function and strengthen Financial Planning and Analysis activities. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial review and reporting, while helping drive data-backed decisions and financial discipline across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Collect and consolidate inputs from different departments, then check the assumptions used.
- Maintain budget templates and assist with variance analysis.
- Review financial performance against budgeted and forecasted figures.
- Develop action plans to reduce gaps between actual results and budget targets.
- Prepare monthly reports that capture important trends, risks and opportunities.
- Assist with cost analysis and profitability assessments.
- Build and analyze unit-level economics.
- Create and update dashboards and MIS reports.
- Ensure reports are delivered to internal stakeholders accurately and on time.
- Support the creation of presentations for leadership review meetings.
- Work with business teams to collect financial data and understand the key drivers behind performance.
- Contribute to the review of new business cases and investment proposals through financial modelling.
- Help automate and simplify planning and reporting workflows.
- Maintain financial models and related tools.
Educational qualification and experience
The preferred qualification is Chartered Accountant. The role expects 6 to 10 years of experience in analysis, planning, reporting and process optimization. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft tools, ERP systems and reporting tools.
