Job description
Role overview
An established and expanding financial planning firm is looking for a Financial Adviser to join its client-first team in Dublin. The business is built around delivering high-quality guidance, supporting clients through important long-term decisions, and nurturing enduring relationships rather than focusing on sales pressure. The role sits within an advice-led environment where service quality, trust, and professional standards are central.
The company has recently invested in new offices and is supported by a larger UK group, creating a stable platform for growth. Along with experienced leadership, the role offers ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support for additional qualifications and professional development.
What you will do
You will meet clients to understand their goals, circumstances, and future plans, then provide personalised advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning. The position involves carrying out detailed financial reviews, producing clear recommendations, and preparing suitability reports and client documentation.
You will also deliver a polished and tailored client experience throughout the advice journey, help maintain relationships with existing clients, contribute to business growth, and ensure every piece of work aligns with regulatory and compliance standards. Collaboration is also important, including sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across the business.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant is a qualified Financial Adviser with hands-on experience advising on pensions, investments, and protection products. A strong grasp of financial planning principles, taxation, and retirement solutions is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly and build confidence with clients in a professional, service-oriented way.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a salary in the range of €45,000 to €55,000, plus an uncapped commission structure. You will also have access to a hybrid working arrangement, a comprehensive benefits package, support for professional qualifications and further study, and regular coaching and mentoring from senior leadership. The position also provides the opportunity to join a quality-driven business with clear prospects for progression as it grows.
Application note
Interested candidates can apply with a CV for a confidential conversation about the opportunity.
