The company places strong emphasis on developing employees, promoting from within, and helping people build long-term careers in a supportive environment.

Role Overview

This opportunity is aimed at candidates who want to build a career in finance. Finance professionals at P&G work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to business decisions and growth. From the first day, you are expected to take ownership of important initiatives and help shape outcomes across the business.

  • Financial Analyst in Customer Business Development
  • Plant Financial Manager focused on improving costs in manufacturing sites

Applicants should have completed, or be on track to complete before joining, a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic performance. The role also requires strong numerical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine interest in finance and leadership potential.

Success in this role also depends on being comfortable working with different teams and perspectives, showing initiative, creativity, and innovation, and making decisions using both available data and sound judgment. Strong written and spoken German and English skills at a minimum C1 level are required.

Short work experience, internships, and study abroad experience are considered advantageous.

Benefits include flexible and hybrid working arrangements, Christmas and vacation bonuses, a company pension plan, stock purchase programs, a job ticket, a campus canteen, fitness center access, and well-being support services.

Employees also receive a tailored development plan with coaching, Finance Colleges, the P&G Leadership Academy, multi-day training in financial concepts, and training in effective business writing and presentations. Career growth is supported through changing job assignments every two to three years, with opportunities to build experience across finance functions and potentially work at the Geneva headquarters.

Additional internal communities and programs include WeBelong Team and New Hire Network activities, GABLE Network and other affinity groups, leadership events, and sports groups such as running and football.

For applicants starting in Austria, the salary is adjusted according to the country. P&G Austria states that it offers a competitive salary above the trade industry collective agreement, with Employment Group E at EUR 2,392.
