About the Role

This position is centered on overseeing quality and safety records, supporting Saudi Arabia facilities with regulatory and certification needs, and assisting with day-to-day facility administration such as billing, rent, household services, and attendance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep site records organized and up to date for quality, safety, and employee training purposes.
  • Support the upkeep of safety, hygiene, and 5S standards across the location.
  • Track and manage utility and site-related payments, including telecom and other recurring expenses.
  • Liaise with government representatives to maintain compliance with required approvals and certifications such as CR, SAGIA, Ministry of Civil Affairs, and related documents.
  • Oversee office consumables such as stationery, tea, coffee, and similar supplies.
  • Help plan and coordinate company events together with other departments.
  • Monitor attendance for support staff, including cleaners and tea service workers.
  • Arrange travel support for visitors when needed, including tickets, transport, and hotel bookings.
  • Administer employee access cards and ensure they follow Eaton’s internal requirements.
  • Assist with town halls, engagement activities, and other site programs.
  • Maintain logs for office entry, exit, and other movement-related records.
  • Carry out additional documentation and facilities tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

A higher diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role calls for more than 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Skills

Strong professional English communication, comfortable use of MS Office and related business systems, familiarity with SAP and telecom/service portals such as STC and MOBILY, solid coordination ability, and a proactive working style are important for this role.
