Role Overview

The organization is looking for an experienced and driven Facilities Flex Crew team member to support conversion activities and help prepare the arena for events. The position works closely with the conversion crew to assist with setup, assembly, and completion of event-related changes throughout the venue.

Key Duties

• Support the full conversion process, including preparation, setup, and wrap-up activities.
• Help assemble basketball courts, stages, and other event infrastructure as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet routine building and event needs.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Ability to understand and carry out both spoken and written directions.
• Capability to lift more than 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Comfortable using a work radio to communicate on the job.

Education Requirement

• High school diploma or GED is required.
