Overview

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner based in New York, NY, you will be integral to attracting and securing senior leadership talent to align with TD's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR partners, leveraging deep market insights and executive search expertise.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of talent acquisition and diversity strategies for a complex portfolio.
- Manage end-to-end executive recruitment processes and deliver innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse leadership pipelines.
- Provide market intelligence, guidance on talent gaps, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of HR policies and employment laws relevant to recruitment.
- Promote the TD brand externally through candidate networking and recruitment marketing activities.
- Support team development through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Work onsite four days per week at TD's New York office or Mount Laurel campus.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; candidates with 5+ years in executive recruiting or senior roles will be considered.
- Expertise in recruiting and employment practices including federal and state employment laws.
- Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and source passive executive candidates.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with internet recruitment tools and data-driven recruitment metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Established network within banking, financial services, or executive leadership circles.
- Experience with talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive assessments.
- Strong business acumen and alignment of talent acquisition to corporate goals.
Physical Requirements
- Occasional domestic travel; no international travel.
- Continuous sedentary work with frequent multitasking and office equipment operation.
- Occasional standing, walking, lifting under 25 lbs., bending, and squatting.
- No heavy lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, or pushing/pulling.
Working Hours & Salary
- 40 hours per week.
- Salary range: $91,000 to $145,600 USD annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
