Role Overview
Join PIMA Health Group as an Executive Sales Manager focused on new business development within the mid-sized B2B sector. You will drive customer acquisition, manage the full sales cycle, create tailored offerings, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently acquire new B2B clients in the mid-market segment.
- Conduct initial meetings and need analyses to identify customer requirements.
- Develop customized proposal solutions in cooperation with internal departments.
- Manage the sales process from first contact through to contract completion.
- Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Create and track offers systematically.
- Align technical and commercial needs with internal teams.
- Support contract negotiations and closures.
- Consistently manage sales opportunities leading to successful closings.
- Maintain structured sales activities within Salesforce CRM, documenting customer contacts, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Ensure high data quality in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Management, and specialist teams.
Candidate Profile
- Initial to several years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Passion for active new customer acquisition and relationship building.
- Organized and self-driven working style.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on closing deals.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience selling services or consulting-intensive solutions.
- Expertise conducting discovery calls and needs analyses.
- Understanding of offer and contract procedures in a B2B environment.
