Role overview
This Mumbai-based role is focused on delivering sales bookings, revenue, unit sales, and collections within planned timelines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction across pan-India projects.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individual and team sales goals for the assigned products and services across India.
- Create a prospect database by combining information from internal and external sources.
- Map industries and verticals to ensure broad and deep market coverage.
- Build, track, and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop tailored proposal decks and partner with marketing teams to define strategies for different loyalty formats.
- Study the market through competition analysis, intelligence gathering, and share assessment.
- Anticipate customer and market needs and design new product and service strategies accordingly.
- Plan approaches that strengthen customer preference and increase wallet share.
- Design, run, and maintain loyalty and rewards initiatives.
- Build customer contests and referral campaigns using app-based, digital, and other platforms.
- Execute BTL activities such as customer meets and roadshows.
- Create effective customer engagement at events and exhibitions.
- Run sales campaigns at project sites.
- Use analytical thinking to assess the complete customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Maintain a repository of customer success stories and testimonials.
- Track customer needs, monitor competitors, and adjust sales strategy as required.
Requirements
- Proven exposure to B2B corporate sales, with strong sales and marketing understanding; experience dealing with CMOs and CHROs is a plus.
- Ability to develop and sustain strong professional relationships across industry or functional networks.
- Sound business judgment, maturity, and confidence in decision-making.
- Initiative and resourcefulness to build practical plans and meet goals under tight deadlines.
- Comfort managing heavy workloads, multiple priorities, and shifting tasks without losing focus.
- Strong negotiation ability, prudent use of resources, and the capacity to manage complex situations.
- Experience in product or concept selling within sectors such as real estate, aviation, banking, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organization, analytical ability, detailed planning, and project management skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Quick learning ability and the confidence to think beyond conventional approaches to exceed client expectations.

- Full-time graduation is required; a full-time MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
