Job description

Job summary

The Key Accounts Manager will lead sales execution and team performance in Riyadh. This leadership position focuses on meeting sales and contracting goals for both new and existing customers, ensuring strong product distribution across categories, and building durable business partnerships that position the company as a trusted supplier.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver category-wise sales targets in both volume and value.
  • Oversee existing customers and onboard new strategic accounts in Riyadh and Dammam.
  • Take full ownership of operations across the Riyadh and Dammam regions.
  • Drive end-to-end operational excellence, from product availability through to customer delivery.
  • Lead the growth and expansion of the regional team.
  • Monitor customer performance and work with key accounts on action plans to support growth and improve service levels.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to shape strategy for new regional key account customers.
  • Meet the required coverage, core distribution, and contracting goals for targeted key accounts in the Office Supplies B2B channel.
  • Maintain updated customer profiles, fact books, and service-level agreements.
  • Track and share customer trends, business needs, and competitor activity.
  • Build and sustain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews and weekly reporting.
  • Ensure all commercial, legal, and compliance requirements are met in every transaction.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Background in office supplies services, B2B, or stationery is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management or sales management.
  • Strong command of English and good computer skills are needed.
  • Candidates must be based in the Riyadh region.
