Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead and steer our organization towards achieving strategic growth and operational excellence. This leadership position demands oversight of corporate objectives, operational management, and strategic vision execution to ensure sustained business prosperity.
Key Duties
- Formulate and implement the organization's strategic vision and long-term goals.

- Champion leadership growth programs, succession planning, and organizational capacity building.
- Cultivate a workplace culture emphasizing accountability, teamwork, creativity, diversity, and continuous learning.
- Assess and strengthen business profitability and resilience through tactical approaches.
- Represent the company at various executive forums and industry forums.
- Supervise business planning, budget management, investment appraisals, and corporate development.
- Support strategic corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures when relevant.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
- Deliver insightful strategic reports and recommendations to the Board and senior leaders.

Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
- Demonstrates expertise in leadership, corporate governance, strategic business planning, and managing complex organizations.
- Enjoys sound knowledge of financial management, risk and compliance protocols, and performance measurement.
- Exhibits strong commercial insight with aptitude for identifying and cultivating business growth avenues.
- Communicates effectively and excels in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentations.
- Displays strong analytical skills, strategic decision-making, and serves as a competent executive leader.
- Skilled in leading enterprise-level initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with business intelligence tools, ERP solutions, financial reporting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-versed in project and change management, organizational structuring, and planning disciplines.
- Maintains highest ethical standards, professionalism, and accountability in leadership roles.
