About the Role
Beacon Hill is seeking a highly trusted and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing diverse responsibilities with utmost confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and serve as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless operations for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive executive and personal assistance to the CEO.
- Meticulously manage complex professional and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Orchestrate domestic and international travel, handling all aspects from itineraries and accommodations to transportation and confirmations.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and special activities, both business and personal.
- Act as a primary liaison, managing communications and prioritizing incoming requests with exceptional professionalism.
- Proactively identify potential issues and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges before they arise.
- Support the CEO with various administrative tasks, special projects, and organizational duties as required.
- Uphold the strictest level of confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.
Qualifications and Education
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though a High School diploma/GED combined with relevant experience or trade school training will also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing support to a CEO and/or C-level executive in both professional and personal capacities is required.
- Formal education or training in project management, organizational skills, or administrative disciplines is beneficial.
- Must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced executive environment.
