ERP Technical Consultant – PaaS/SaaS

Role overview

Higher Colleges of Technology is hiring an experienced ERP Technical Consultant to provide technical support across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments. The position centers on solution design, development, integrations, customizations, reporting, data migration, and continued support for Oracle PaaS/SaaS applications.

This role works across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules and involves close coordination with functional consultants, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable ERP enhancements and post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
• Design and deliver technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
• Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP, WSDL, and related web services.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Fusion reporting tools.
• Develop customizations and extensions with Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, DBCS, and ATP.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and loading using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HSDL.
• Work with functional consultants and business users to capture and clarify technical needs.
• Convert business requirements into technical designs and scalable ERP solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and after-launch activities.
• Diagnose and fix issues related to integrations, reports, workflows, customizations, and performance.
• Prepare technical documents, design specifications, test scripts, deployment notes, and user guides.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and support.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as an ERP or Oracle Fusion technical consultant.
• Strong practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
• Hands-on exposure to HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, DBCS, and ATP.
• Ability to create BI Publisher and OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, WSDL, web services, SQL, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Oracle tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HSDL.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, integrations, reporting, customization, and technical support.
• Capacity to partner with functional teams and turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
