Position Overview

Refocus LLC is looking to hire an Entry-Level Data Analyst to enhance business decision-making by performing data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization tasks. This full-time role is remote or hybrid and based across various locations in the United States. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to derive insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and preprocess data from diverse sources for accuracy and usability.
Develop informative reports and interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI or Tableau platforms.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant datasets.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis using tools like Excel and Python.
Identify meaningful trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to ongoing reporting and business intelligence projects to improve decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fields.
Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python programming, and Power BI or Tableau software.
Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts, databases, reporting, and business intelligence.
Experience participating in analytics-related projects or internships.
Strong analytical thinking combined with effective communication capabilities.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, version control tools like Git/GitHub, AI-driven analytics, and introductory machine learning is advantageous.

Additional Details

Seven available positions for candidates at entry level or new graduates (class of 2025 or 2026).
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States; candidates with F-1 OPT status are eligible.
