Responsibilities

  • Offer general administrative help to managers, departments, and other staff members.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and professional way.
  • Keep paper and digital files, records, and documents organized, current, and easy to access.
  • Support data entry tasks, document preparation, report creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and help manage calendars.
  • Draft, prepare, and circulate internal notices and office paperwork.
  • Assist with office supplies, filing tasks, and other routine administrative work.
  • Take on assigned special projects and other duties as needed by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Good organization and time management abilities.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Careful attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to handle several tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Open attitude toward learning, adapting, and developing in a formal office setting.
  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, or office work is helpful but not mandatory.
