About the Role
We are hiring a customer service professional to support clients and help maintain strong, long-term relationships. In this role, you will be the face of the organization for day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring people receive timely help, clear information, and a positive experience with our products and services.
This position suits someone who communicates well, handles people with patience, and takes pride in delivering dependable support. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and in line with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a prompt, courteous, and professional way.
- Address complaints, concerns, and service issues by identifying practical and effective resolutions.
- Share correct information about products, services, company policies, and procedures.
- Complete customer requests, account changes, order processing, returns, and related service transactions.
- Record customer conversations, feedback, and outcomes accurately in internal systems.
- Work with other departments when issues need escalation or additional support.
- Follow up with customers as needed to confirm resolution and support ongoing satisfaction.
- Consistently meet service targets, quality standards, and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Education at the high school level, or an Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong people skills, with good problem-solving and conflict-handling capability.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and respectful in difficult situations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several customer requests at once.
- Careful attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A customer-first attitude and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
