Enrollment/Billing Representative

Overview

This temporary role involves providing basic administrative and business services focused on Enrollment and Billing functions. Employed by Magnit as a contractor, this fully remote position is open to candidates across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine administrative support related to enrollment and billing tasks.
• Assist with banking and billing functions for new and existing customer accounts.
• Set up, reconcile, and process bank and customer accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external customers, banks, vendors, and partners to address and resolve issues.
• Create, review, and respond to standard and non-standard reports related to accounts.
• Manage billing processes including issuing payments and collecting outstanding or delinquent amounts.
• Conduct audits of accounts to confirm compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support mid to large market segments by handling primarily routine issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong understanding of enrollment, billing processes, and operational procedures.
• Ability to follow well-defined procedures under close supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $16.00, subject to variation based on location and experience.
• Benefits available after meeting minimum eligibility hours, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) plan.
