About the Role

We are looking for a driven Employer Branding Manager at CreedRoomz to shape and enhance our company culture portrayal and recruitment marketing through data-driven strategies. This role focuses on elevating our external HR communications, growing career communities, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to amplify brand visibility, event participation, and talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive employer branding and external HR communication strategies aimed at strengthening the company's reputation and visibility in the marketplace.
  • Oversee and expand the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram by creating captivating content and maintaining content calendars that reflect our culture, values, and people.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to produce engaging employer branding assets, including articles, videos, social media materials, and campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and fine-tune recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns across digital and paid media, utilizing tools like Meta Ads Manager.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines through lead generation activities while actively managing candidate engagement and responding to queries via employer branding channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, focusing on metrics such as return on investment, cost per lead, and audience engagement, to drive ongoing enhancements.
  • Organize and execute employer branding initiatives and external events, including career fairs, partnerships with universities, webinars, meetups, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Guarantee a consistent and compelling employer brand experience across all online and face-to-face candidate interactions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or related Marketing/PR roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and employer branding campaign tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Marketing Platform, and Tag Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with managing and optimizing social media channels, employer branding campaigns, and media buying efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize ROI with effective tracking and reporting tools.
  • Experienced in coordinating content creation, managing vendors, and producing engaging employer branding content; basic skills in graphic design or video editing are considered an advantage.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage recruitment marketing events, corporate engagements, and university partnerships to attract talent.
  • Excellent English copywriting and communication capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative, proactive approach focused on driving results and passion for building a strong employer brand.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time role based onsite in Yerevan, Armenia.
  • Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
