- Monitor campaign results and prepare concise performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Update SOPs, campaign trackers, checklists, and shared working documents.
- Support return-trend analysis by reviewing return portal information and arranging the findings clearly.
- Manage community-facing responses across DMs, ad comments, and customer conversation threads.
- Work alongside account managers on marketing changes and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Look into competitor campaigns and market trends when research is required.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administrative support.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and working carefully with data.
- Exposure to email marketing platforms and project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
- Clear written communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of handling changing priorities while staying composed and organized.
- Extra value if you have experience in SEO, PPC, or content writing.
Technical setup
- A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor, or an equivalent Mac system.
- Stable internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speed.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
Benefits
- Fully remote work from anywhere you are most comfortable.
- Health and dental insurance, or a health stipend depending on location.
- Annual performance reviews with opportunities for salary increases.
- Paid time off to help maintain work-life balance.
- Opportunities to grow within the organization.
- Access to learning resources, ongoing feedback, and a people-first environment.
- Flexible working hours with an emphasis on outcomes rather than constant supervision.
