Role Overview
This full-time remote position is for an Educational App Promoter who will present Moxingaa’s learning applications to potential users such as students, parents, and educators. The role centers on explaining product value through digital channels, phone conversations, and virtual demonstrations, while also supporting user onboarding and app adoption.
Key Duties
- Introduce the company’s educational apps to prospective users and clearly explain what the products do.
- Respond to questions and communicate the main benefits and features of the apps in a persuasive but helpful way.
- Guide new users through downloading, creating an account, and getting started with the platform.
- Assist with promotional efforts by sharing app news, offers, and learning-related content across social media and other online channels.
- Conduct simple virtual walkthroughs and demonstrations for users who need extra guidance.
- Collect feedback from users, note common problems or requested improvements, and share these insights with the product and marketing teams.
- Support efforts to increase engagement, usage, and overall adoption of the app.
- Work independently in a remote setup while tracking targets and performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills for engaging with a wide range of audiences.
- Strong customer support mindset with patience, empathy, and practical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to present app value convincingly, handle objections, and encourage downloads and continued use.
- Comfort in teaching users through short virtual demos, walkthroughs, and basic product education.
- Ability to support digital marketing activities and share engaging educational content online.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and basic troubleshooting; experience with edtech or e-learning is an added advantage.
- Capability to manage time well, work remotely, and meet assigned goals.
- Experience in education, edtech, customer success, or community outreach is preferred.
