Role Overview
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Gurgaon for an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager. The role is centered on running and improving marketplace performance across major online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle marketplace sales, advertising, and day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Blinkit, and similar channels.
- Improve product pages by refining titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ content, and related listing elements.
- Track inventory levels and pricing to keep operations running smoothly.
- Review performance data, conversion trends, customer feedback, and return patterns, then recommend actions for improvement.
- Study e-commerce platform data to spot trends, process gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute platform promotions such as Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, and other marketplace tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory, logistics, and content changes.
- Keep a close watch on market trends and competitor movements across platforms.
- Use Excel to maintain and analyze KPIs related to sales, stock, returns, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit, and similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience running ad campaigns and improving their performance.
- Strong problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and clear communication skills.
- Practical knowledge of marketplace SEO and A+ content development.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Comfort with analyzing performance data and turning it into actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with full ownership of responsibilities.
Additional Information
Work location: Sector 44, Gurgaon.
Office timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Flexible working hours are available.
Qualifications
