Role summary

The company is looking to hire a Disponent (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date for a permanent, full-time position at the headquarters in Visselhövede.

What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate goods distribution to help secure reliable deliveries and smooth order processing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Organize the scheduling of the in-house fleet and transport provider assignments.
  • Stay in touch with customers, drivers, and freight forwarders.
  • Manage the movement of goods across the supply chain.
  • Process supporting documents and records.
  • Collect and prepare statistical data.
  • Assist the sales team with operational support.

Your background

  • You have completed a commercial or business-related vocational qualification.
  • You bring professional experience in a similar role.
  • You are confident using MS Office applications.
  • You work in a well-organized, adaptable, and resilient manner.
  • You are able to structure your work independently and keep processes under control.
