Role summary
The company is looking to hire a Disponent (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date for a permanent, full-time position at the headquarters in Visselhövede.
What you will do
- Plan and coordinate goods distribution to help secure reliable deliveries and smooth order processing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing orders.
- Organize the scheduling of the in-house fleet and transport provider assignments.
- Stay in touch with customers, drivers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage the movement of goods across the supply chain.
- Process supporting documents and records.
- Collect and prepare statistical data.
- Assist the sales team with operational support.
Your background
- You have completed a commercial or business-related vocational qualification.
- You bring professional experience in a similar role.
- You are confident using MS Office applications.
- You work in a well-organized, adaptable, and resilient manner.
- You are able to structure your work independently and keep processes under control.
