About the Role
SOL Mental Health is building a new kind of clinical practice focused on transforming mental healthcare. This role is an opportunity to take true ownership of the operations function, help shape a growing organization, and contribute to meaningful change in an industry that needs fresh thinking.
As an early-stage company, SOL offers direct access to executive leadership, room to influence standards and processes, and the chance to grow alongside a business that is expanding quickly. Your work will help create the operational backbone that supports clinicians, patients, and the organization as a whole.
What You’ll Do
- Guide and strengthen teams by hiring, coaching, and retaining high performers.
- Manage operations across 8 to 15 locations, with responsibility for clinical, financial, and patient-related outcomes.
- Work closely with clinical and business partners to support recruiting, business growth, and entry into new markets.
- Track and act on KPIs to improve performance, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and coverage planning to improve access and utilization.
- Build a culture that values collaboration, accountability, compliance, and clear communication.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, ideally in a multi-site environment and with experience supporting growth and new location launches.
- A strong people leader who communicates well and knows how to develop, motivate, and retain teams.
- A data-informed operator who can turn insights into practical action and achieve results through effective delegation.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, changing setting with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Why Join SOL
- Significant ownership in a growing organization where your ideas can become standard practice.
- Close collaboration with leadership that is deeply committed to building an excellent workplace and service experience.
- Faster-moving career growth opportunities as the organization expands.
- Exposure to multiple areas of healthcare innovation and practice management through cross-functional work.
Compensation
The role includes base pay plus bonus, with total annual earnings potential of up to $150,000.

This position is based in the Colorado market and is open only to candidates located in that area. Travel within the broader market will be required.
