This position is for a business development leader who will identify potential clients, build strong account relationships, and guide opportunities through the full campaign lifecycle. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and innovative environment and enjoys working with international brands and organizations to help them communicate and operate more effectively.

What You’ll Do
- Identify new business prospects using methods such as online research, trade show attendee lists, referrals, professional directories, and direct outreach.
- Win new clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, tradeshows, regional organizations, and other prospecting channels.
- Develop long-term client partnerships by delivering high-touch service and tailoring discussions to each client’s industry and business needs.
- Create sales plans that support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Maintain consistent daily outreach to build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Manage opportunities across every stage of the sales cycle.
- Prepare project budgets and draft client proposals.
- Clearly explain the company’s services, capabilities, advantages, and best-fit use cases, and route opportunities to the right specialist teams when needed.
- Align expectations with clients and provide best-practice consulting throughout the engagement.
- Handle pricing discussions and contractual matters with care.
- Be open to travel for client meetings and multiple conferences each year, both within the country and internationally.
Experience & Qualifications
This role calls for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in enterprise sales, tech sales, or SaaS sales. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required. The ideal person will have a proven history of closing deals, consistently hitting targets, and managing complex sales processes with multiple decision-makers.
